Our yoga classes range from 95 - 105 degrees Fahrenheit depending on class type. The environment is dimly lit with candles and amazing music, it is the perfect juxtaposition to this ancient practice. All yoga classes end with a cold scented towel as a reward for all of your hard work.

We like to think these are just as important as yoga classes. These classes support mental and emotional fitness. They bring the science of ancient eastern practices into a practical western way of life. These classes teach you the basics of meditation and importance of breathwork. Our classes are designed to be 50 or 30 minutes long for a reason - because we want yoga to be accessible and achievable for everyone. Let's be real, how many of us can commit to a 60-90 minute class on a regular basis? By offering shorter classes, we make it easier for you to incorporate yoga into your busy schedule. Join us for a yoga class where all you need is yourself and water! We provide everything else, including a bala mat, blocks, and equipment. However, if you prefer to bring your own mat, feel free to do so. We welcome all yogis, whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner. Absolutely not! Our classes are open to everyone, whether you are a mind health client or a community member. Our services are beneficial for all individuals, so come join our sanctuary and take part in our classes, whether it's yoga or any other offering. We welcome you with open arms!

No show policy: $20 no show fee is applied if you do not show up for your scheduled class. No show fees are non refundable.

Late cancellation fee policy: You may cancel your class up to 12 hours before class, if canceling within 12 hours of class a late cancellation fee of $15 is applied.

Login to your account via website or app and remove yourself from class. The studio will not remove you from class, please do not email requesting removal or cancellation of classes.
